Kalaram Temple is considered to be one of the holiest places in Nashik. This shrine is dedicated to Lord Rama and it gets its name from the black idol of Lord Rama which is installed within the temple. In addition to this, there are statues of Lord Hanuman, Lakshman and Goddess Sita, all carved out from the black stone.
