Kutta is a small town in the district of Kodagu (Coorg) in Karnataka. It does not have any tourist spots as such, however, it is a gateway to various nearby tourist destinations. You need to pass through Kutta if you are traveling to places such as Tholpetty Wildlife Sanctuary, Iruppu waterfalls, and Nagarhole National Park. Apart from these places, you can also drive or hire a cab to HD Kote and Kabini backwaters from Kutta.
When you travel to Kutta, you will feel rejuvenated and refreshed by the peaceful atmosphere and homely resorts located across the town. Some homestays are also located on the riverside, thereby offering you a picturesque sight of the surroundings. You can also travel to Pakshi Pathalam which is a hillock near Kutta. This spot is well-known for bird watching as this cave is inhabited by many bird species.

Kutta also forms the inter-state transport corridor between Kerala and Karnataka. It is well connected with interstate bus services from both major and local nearby towns. You can also hire private auto-rickshaws and taxis to reach Kutta, however, due to the hilly terrain, the most favored means of transport is Jeep.
