Mallikarjuna Temple, Talakad Overview
Mallikarjuna Temple is one of the oldest temples in Talakad and is devoted to the Goddess Brahmaraambigai and a lingam of Mallikarjuna Swamy. You can also see the footprints of Kaamadhenu on the lingam.
Chamundeeswari, Sandhya Ganapathi Sannadhis, and Veerabadrar are also present within the premise of the complex. Veera Anjaneya Koli and Anaadhi Vaikuntha Nathar are the two other temples that are located in close proximity to this temple. You can be a part of a weeklong harvest festival if you travel to this place in the months of January or February.
