Amidst the surrounding greenery, you can find a restaurant, a chocolate factory, a play area for children, a nursery, and a retail outlet filled with Mapro manufactured products. There is a variety of dishes served in the restaurant, including wood-fired pizzas, healthy and tasty sandwiches, made out of organic elements. The foundation of Mapro Gardens was laid in the 1980s when the Mapro Foods Factory segment was extended to let people enjoy the process of jam and syrup production. When they realised that the customers were enjoying the ambience, they started to serve ice-creams and later, more items were added to the menu. Today, it is one of the most iconic places to visit in Mahabaleshwar. It also holds an auditorium where visitors can track Mapro products and their journey. You can also taste your favourite jams and other Mapro products before buying them at the retail outlet present within the Mapro Garden.

Mapro Strawberry Festival
Mapro Gardens organizes an annual Mapro Strawberry Festival here during the weekend of Easter in March or April. Various innovative products made out of strawberry are showcased here in addition to raw strawberry and there is sample tasting available for the fresh products so that you can buy what you like. The festival is a collection of crowds, colours and energy from all folks of life who also perform a traditional dance on folk music, which is a delight for the eyes. The festival in itself is a celebration of the unique natural gifts found in Mahabaleshwar.
