Nameri river is full of different types of fish. Fishing operations and activity are organized by The Forest Department. One fish you almost always will find in Nameri river is the Golden Mahseer Fish. It is over 3-9 feet long. Most people call it the Tiger of the Himalayan river.
This park organizes its river rafting activity at the southeastern wing of the park on the white water river Jai Bharali. The rafting race track is over 13 km long and takes about 3 hours before it’s completion. The Nameri park is indeed an exciting and thrilling park to visit.
