Padukone, Maravanthe Overview
Padukone Village is a small village situated in Udupi. The Bhatkal and Udupi Taluk surround it.The village is near the Arabian Sea, which ensures that the humidity remains constant.
The village has been named after Prakash Padukone, a famous badminton player. It gives a scenic view of the water all around. Tourists and villagers travel from one place to another by a boat from the Suparnikariver.
The best time to visit is between September to March as it remains humid throughout.
The Mangalore railway station is situated 108 km from the village, and it is also connected with Bhatkal, Kubdapur and other towns.
