Papanatha Temple, Pattadakal Overview
Initially, Papanatha Temple was to be built as per the Nagara style of architecture. However, later it was constructed in the Dravidian style. The walls of this temple have beautiful carvings that depict the stories of Mahabharata and Ramayana.
