It is believed that these caves provided shelter to the Pandavas at the time of their exile. Holy Kunds or ponds surround the place and it is believed that because they source water from the holy Ganges, they can cure diseases of all kinds.
Lord Karthikeya temple is a primary attraction here at the Rajpuri Caves.
