Sadri, Ranakpur Overview
Sadri is a small town and an urban local body in the Pali district of Rajasthan. This place has religious importance for the Jain community as it forms the prelude to the pilgrimage to Shri Parshuram Mahadev Mandir and Ranakpur Jain Temple. Sadri is also an important gateway that connects Mewar and Marwar cities. In the past, this region was under the rule of Sindhal Rathores and during this period it witnessed a massive development of Jain temples.
Sadri has fourteen ancient Jain temples which in turn form the major attractions of the region. A few of the major attractions here are Parshuram Mahadev Temple, Shri Mahakali Temple, Chintamani Parasnath Temple, Ranakpur Jain Temple, Varahavatar Temple, Shri Vokkal Mata Temple, etc. You can also travel to other nearby tourist spots such as Ghanerao Rawla, Kumbhalgarh National Forest, Narlai Rawla, etc.
