The five-story Tazia Tower in Jaisalmer is located at the lovely Badal Palace area. Tazia palace is a copy of the mausoleum of different Muslim imams with complex sculptures on the tombstone panels that reflect wealthy old architecture produced of thermocol, timber and colored documents. There is a cloud-like image of the Badal Palace close the Amar Sagar Gate and the Tazia Tower emerges from it. This castle is completely distinct from Rajasthan’s usual Rajputana architecture. These were houses constructed by the Muslim craftsmen to the royal families of Rajasthan who assigned it a Tazia form as a sign of their religion.
It is a 5-story building, and each says a distinct tale. Tazia in Urdu implies float held during Muharram’s procession. In the form of a Tazia, the Muslim craftsmen constructed the balcony framework and gave it to the Badal Palace Royal Patrons. On the other side, the Badal Palace is a group of buildings with characterized wall sculptures. It’s the Royals ‘ current building. The building is a lovely combination of artistic splendor and the wealthy tapestry of Muslim craftsmen that acts as an ancient paradigm.
