The five-story Tazia Tower in Jaisalmer is located at the lovely Badal Palace area. Tazia palace is a copy of the mausoleum of different Muslim imams with complex sculptures on the tombstone panels that reflect wealthy old architecture produced of thermocol, timber and colored documents. There is a cloud-like image of the Badal Palace close the Amar Sagar Gate and the Tazia Tower emerges from it. This castle is completely distinct from Rajasthan’s usual Rajputana architecture. These were houses constructed by the Muslim craftsmen to the royal families of Rajasthan who assigned it a Tazia form as a sign of their religion.
