Water Sports and Fishing, Bilaspur (HP) Overview
A variety of water sports can be enjoyed in the Gobind Sagar Lake. People mostly visit there to actively participate in these sports which include, motorboat racing, water skiing, Kayaking, sailing, Regattas and many more. One can hire the motorboats at a very low cost.
The lake has a wide variety of fishes like Pitutrata and Labeo Dero. So fishing is very popular in this lake. There is also a Water Sports Training Center in the upper Nihal area which is visited by tourists.
