Reach Water Sports in Mandwa Beach?
By Air: Mandwa does not have an airport of its own. The nearest
airport is the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The village is
located at a distance of about 140 km from the airport and hence, you will have
to hire a cab to reach the place. Alternatively, you can take a ferry or a
catamaran to reach Mandwa.
By Rail: The nearest railway station to Mandwa is Pen. It is 85
km away from Mandwa Beach and from here you can reach the beach by hiring a cab
or an auto.
By Road: The best route to reach Mandwa is via Mumbai-Goa
highway. Drive on this highway till you reach Wadhkal. From here take right and
drive further towards the beach. You can also drive to the beach from other
nearby cities such as Mulshi, Pune and Lonavala.
By Sea: One of the most convenient ways to reach Mandwa from
Mumbai is via ferry rides. You can take a ferry from Gateway of India during
any time of the year except for monsoon season. The ferry services are
available from 6 am to 6 pm every day.
